  • By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

2. Products & Services

  • All QUØTEZ products are made-to-order.

  • Colors, designs, and sizes may vary slightly due to production methods and screen display differences.

  • We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Orders & Payment

  • By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided (including address and payment details) is accurate and complete.

  • All payments are processed through secure third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). QUØTEZ does not store credit card information.

  • Orders cannot be canceled after 30 minutes of purchase, as production begins immediately.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing time is typically 2–5 business days before dispatch.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors are outside our control.

  • Customs duties, taxes, and courier handling fees may apply upon delivery and are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • QUØTEZ products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except for verified defects or errors.

  • Defect claims must be submitted within 3 working days of delivery with photos/video.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless a defect is confirmed after inspection.

6. Accuracy of Information

  • We make every effort to display product descriptions and prices accurately. However, occasional errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to cancel or refuse orders affected by them.

  • All content on quotez.store, including logos, designs, images, text, and graphics, is the intellectual property of QUØTEZ (Corazon Vision, LLC) and may not be used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • QUØTEZ shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

  • Our liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the product.
