Refund policy
Returns & Refunds
All QUØTEZ products are made-to-order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size, or preference. Please review product details carefully before placing your order.
Product Variation Disclaimer
Slight variations in size, color, print placement, or finish may occur between items or batches due to the print-on-demand production process. These are not considered defects. Customers are responsible for checking size charts (for apparel) and product descriptions before ordering.
Verification & Defects
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must notify us within 3 working days of delivery at support@quotez.store. Your claim must include:

Clear photos of the defect and packaging

A short unboxing video (10–20s) showing the packing slip and the issue
We will first review your photos and video. If the defect is obvious, we may approve a replacement or refund without requiring a return. If further inspection is needed, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and request that the item be shipped back.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. If the defect is confirmed after inspection, QUØTEZ will reimburse reasonable return shipping expenses. If no defect is found, no reimbursement will be provided. Unauthorized returns without RMA will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
All items are non-returnable except in cases of defect, damage, or error on our part. Gift cards, sale items, and custom/personalized products are strictly non-returnable.
Refunds
Refunds are processed only after your issue is verified. If approved, refunds will be issued within 30 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
Additional Terms
Shipping Delays
Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, customs, or weather. Shipping delays are not eligible for refunds or cancellations once the order has been dispatched.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, QUØTEZ is not responsible for loss or theft. Customers should contact the carrier directly.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to the wrong address due to customer error are not refundable.
Order Cancellation Window
All QUØTEZ products are made-to-order. Orders can only be canceled within 30 minutes of purchase. After this, production begins and cancellations are not possible.
Design Placement & Scaling
Please note that design size and placement may vary slightly depending on the product type and size. For example, designs on smaller garments (e.g., size S) may appear proportionally smaller than on larger garments (e.g., size XL). These variations are a normal part of the production process and are not considered defects.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 calendar days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.

Items must be in the same condition you received them, unworn/unused, with tags and original packaging.
