SHIPPING POLICY

At QUØTEZ, every piece is made-to-order and printed on demand. 
Your order moves through two stages: production, then shipping. 
Please read this policy carefully — it explains timelines, costs, 
and responsibilities for orders to and from your country.

ORDER PROCESSING

All QUØTEZ products are made-to-order. Please allow 2–5 business 
days for production before your order ships. During peak periods 
(e.g., holidays, sales events), processing may take longer.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once 
your order has been dispatched. Tracking updates may take up to 
48 hours to appear after dispatch.

SHIPPING TIMES (ESTIMATED, AFTER PRODUCTION)

Delivery times vary by destination:

🇺🇸 United States: 3–5 business days
🇨🇦 Canada: 3–6 business days
🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 3–7 business days
🇪🇺 Western Europe (Germany, France, Spain, Portugal, Netherlands, 
   Italy, etc.): 5–10 business days
🇦🇺 Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days
🌍 Rest of World (Southeast Asia, Africa, South America, Middle 
   East, etc.): 20–40 business days

⚠️ Rest of World note: Orders to remote regions may take up to 
40 business days due to customs processing and limited carrier 
options. If ordering as a gift, please allow 6+ weeks.

Total time = Production (2–5 business days) + Shipping (per region 
above). These are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, 
product type, and quantity.

FREE SHIPPING

We offer FREE shipping on orders over $75 USD to the United States 
and Canada. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when 
your cart subtotal qualifies (calculated before discount codes).

REGIONS WE CURRENTLY DO NOT SHIP TO

Due to ongoing carrier and logistics restrictions, we are temporarily 
unable to ship to: Algeria, Armenia, Bahrain, Brunei, Djibouti, 
Egypt, Eritrea, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Madagascar, Oman, Pakistan, 
Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Seychelles, Tanzania, and the United Arab 
Emirates.

We're monitoring the situation closely and will resume service to 
these destinations as soon as carriers allow. If you placed an 
order from one of these regions, please contact us at 
support@quotez.store.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

Different product types (e.g., apparel, mugs, tumblers) may ship 
separately depending on the production facility. If your order 
contains items from multiple facilities, you will receive separate 
tracking numbers and packages may arrive on different dates. This 
is normal and does not indicate a problem with your order.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & HANDLING FEES

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, taxes, 
or courier handling fees upon delivery. These charges are determined 
by your local customs office or carrier and are not included at 
checkout. Customers are responsible for paying all applicable fees.

QUØTEZ is not responsible for these charges or for any delays caused 
by customs processing.

ORDER TRACKING

Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. 
Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after dispatch. 
For multi-package orders, each shipment will have its own tracking 
number.

If tracking shows your package is delivered but you haven't received 
it, please check with neighbors, building management, and your local 
carrier first. If still missing after 7 days, contact us at 
support@quotez.store and we'll work with the carrier to resolve.

P.O. BOXES & MILITARY ADDRESSES

We cannot guarantee delivery to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. 
Please provide a complete residential or commercial address for 
the best delivery experience.

FAILED DELIVERIES & UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

If a package is returned to QUØTEZ due to unpaid duties/taxes, an 
incorrect address, or failure to collect, the order will not be 
automatically refunded. Customers may request reshipment by paying 
additional shipping costs, or request a partial refund (product 
cost only, minus original shipping cost).

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, QUØTEZ is not 
responsible for loss or theft. Customers should contact the carrier 
directly to file a claim if their package cannot be located.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information 
at checkout. Orders shipped to the wrong address due to customer 
error are not eligible for refunds. If you notice an address error 
within 2 hours of placing your order, contact us immediately at 
support@quotez.store — we'll try to update it before production 
begins, but cannot guarantee changes once your order has entered 
production.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Delivery times listed above are estimates only. Delays caused by 
carriers, customs, weather, natural disasters, or other external 
factors beyond our control are not grounds for refunds or 
cancellations once your order has been dispatched.

If your order is significantly delayed (more than 10 business days 
past the estimated window), please contact us at support@quotez.store 
and we'll investigate with the carrier.

PEAK SEASON DELAYS

During high-demand periods (e.g., holidays in November–December, 
major sales events), both production and delivery times may be 
longer than usual. Please allow extra time for your order to arrive.

ORDER MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS

Because all products are made-to-order, we can only modify or cancel 
orders within 2 hours of purchase. After that, production has 
typically begun and changes are not possible.
