How long does shipping take?
Allow 2–7 days for production. Delivery times vary by destination; international orders can take up to 30 days after production. You’ll receive tracking by email once your order ships.

Can I return or exchange my order?
Items are made-to-order so we don't accept returns for size or preference. If your item arrives damaged or defective, email support@quotez.store within 7 days with a photo and we'll make it right.

What size should I order?
Check the size guide on each product page where available. Our pieces run true to size — if you prefer an oversized fit, go one size up.

What are your products made of?
Materials vary by product. Our current solid-color Bella + Canvas 3001 tees are made from 100% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton, while other apparel and products may use different materials. Please check each product page for the exact composition.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination and can take up to 30 days after production. Customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the buyer's responsibility.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We can only make changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. Email support@quotez.store as soon as possible.

How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. If you haven't received it after 10 business days, check your spam folder then contact us.

Are custom quotes available?
Yes! Custom quotes are available on selected products. Look for the customization option on the product page.
