How long does shipping take?
Allow 2–7 days for production, then 5–12 days for delivery. You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Can I return or exchange my order?
Items are made-to-order so we don't accept returns for size or preference. If your item arrives damaged or defective, email support@quotez.store within 7 days with a photo and we'll make it right.

What size should I order?
Check the size guide on each product page where available. Our pieces run true to size — if you prefer an oversized fit, go one size up.

What are your products made of?
Tees and hoodies are premium cotton/poly blends. Mugs are ceramic with a durable print coating. Wall art is high-quality print on paper or canvas depending on the product.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. International delivery is typically 10–20 business days after production. Customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the buyer's responsibility.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We can only make changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. Email support@quotez.store as soon as possible.

How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. If you haven't received it after 10 business days, check your spam folder then contact us.

Are custom quotes available?
Yes! Custom quotes are available on selected products. Look for the customization option on the product page.
