Welcome to QUØTEZ. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services. By accessing or purchasing from quotez.store, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. General Conditions
QUØTEZ is operated by Corazon Vision, LLC.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
2. Products & Services
All QUØTEZ products are made-to-order.
Colors, designs, and sizes may vary slightly due to production methods and screen display differences.
We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
3. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided (including address and payment details) is accurate and complete.
All payments are processed through secure third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). QUØTEZ does not store credit card information.
Contact support@quotez.store within 30 minutes of placing your order to request a change or cancellation. Production may begin shortly after purchase. We will try to assist, but cancellation or amendment cannot be guaranteed once production has begun. This does not affect cancellation or return rights provided by applicable law.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Processing time is typically 2–5 business days before dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors are outside our control.
Customs duties, taxes, and courier handling fees may apply upon delivery and are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Returns & Refunds
Eligible standard, non-personalized items may be returned for a refund, including for sizing, colour selection or change of mind. Contact support@quotez.store within 14 calendar days of delivery and send the return within the following 14 calendar days. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged after delivery; reasonable trying-on is permitted. Customers pay return shipping for these returns. We do not provide prepaid labels or direct exchanges. These conditions do not restrict statutory consumer rights.
Eligible European Union and United Kingdom customers retain their statutory 14-day cancellation rights and may return products within the following 14 days after notifying us. Reasonable inspection and trying on are permitted for these statutory returns; wearing or washing for use is not. Deductions for diminished value may apply where permitted by law. Customers in other countries retain all applicable statutory rights.
Report damaged, defective, materially misdescribed or incorrect items promptly to support@quotez.store, preferably within 30 days of delivery, with supporting photos. We will provide an appropriate replacement, refund or other legally required remedy and cover reasonable return shipping if we require return of a confirmed faulty or incorrect item. The reporting request does not limit longer statutory rights.

6. Accuracy of Information
We make every effort to display product descriptions and prices accurately. However, occasional errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to cancel or refuse orders affected by them.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on quotez.store, including logos, designs, images, text, and graphics, is the intellectual property of QUØTEZ (Corazon Vision, LLC) and may not be used without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
QUØTEZ shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Our liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the product.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delaware, USA.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
